Added the id, status and audit fields to the Notice resource.
This resource is now persistent.

Removed price area, system operator, and valid time information from the Metering Grid Area resource.
Added the business_id_type field to the Metering Grid Area resource (always EIC-Y).

Added the Accounting Point Bidding Zone, Accounting Point End User, and Accounting Point Metering Grid Area resources, available for FISO, for debugging purposes.
Added the Metering Grid Area resource, as common information.

Updated the visibility field's specification on the SP product application comment and the SP product suspension comment resources.
Comments now have only two possible visibilities: they can either be private comments internal to a given party, or comments opened to any party related to the application or suspension.

Renamed all last_X timestamp fields into X_at. This touches the following resources: controllable unit, service provider product application, service providing group grid prequalification, and service providing group product application.
Added inactive status value for Controllable Unit and Service Providing Group. In the case of controllable unit, this value replaces suspended.
Added the Service Provider Product Suspension resource.

Introduced the Entity Lookup operation.
To be used while administrating memberships for parties related to an organisation with entities that may not exist or be readable yet.
Added scopes field to the Party Membership resource.

Added audit fields and history on the Entity resource.
The resource can now be created and updated by users with the FISO role.
Changed the body format of the response for the Controllable Unit Lookup operation.
The operation now returns technical information about the accounting point and the end user in addition to controllable units and technical resources. The operation can also return HTTP 403 when the given arguments do not match each other.

Specified the data field in the Notice resource.
The field turns into an object, whose content depends on the type of the notice.

Added Accounting Point Energy Supplier resource.
Added a notice for inconsistency between Controllable Unit Service Provider and Accounting Point End User.
Added end user technical ID to Controllable Unit Service Provider.
This ID is now also returned in the Controllable Unit Lookup operation, so that SPs can first lookup and then create relations with the required data.
Removed the id field from Notice and Accounting Point Balance Responsible Party.
These were non-stable identifiers, not linking to any actual resource.

Removed Connecting System Operator on the Controllable Unit resource.
The information remains available as System Operator ID, through the Accounting Point ID.
